An excellent rest area, with very good food and fair prices, especially considering the area. We were only there to relax, and for that it worked great. Very good bathrooms as well.

Great place to stay for a night before the big hike. I got on the ferry in the morning then arrived back in the afternoon. I have no complaints. The hike was long and beautiful

Great place to have a terrific local meal and a beer after spending time hiking. The prices for a good meal with a beer will be around $15-25 and it's completely worth sitting and enjoying the local cuisine as you stare out into the mountains.

Оценить красоту национального парка Ютунхеймен можно даже в плохую погоду, уютно устроившись в мягких креслах за чашкой кофе. В магазине можно купить стильные сувениры. New modern cafe, the interior is in the best traditions of Scandinavian style, a wonderful combination of halftones of gray, green, white, orange, black, cold brown - a mirror reflection of nature outside the window, a continuation of the river, mountains, plants. You can appreciate the beauty of the Jotunheimen National Park even in bad weather, comfortably settling in soft chairs with a cup of coffee. In the store you can buy stylish souvenirs. The short tourist season of these places (4/5 months a year) adds exclusivity to your stay here.

Tok kun en kaffe mens vi ventet på båtavgang. Utenom sesong så god plass. Bygget er nytt og i meget fod standard. De har typiske caferetter og bakte småvarer. Kioskvarer tilgjengelig. De har noe klær og utstyr til fjellet men ikke mye. Vi kjøpte en regnponcho. WC finnes i bygget. Unisex og HC. Parkering i 2 timer mulig men ikke parker her hvis du skal gå Eggen.

Just had a coffee while we waited for the boat to depart. Off season so plenty of space. The building is new and in very good condition. They have typical cafe dishes and baked goods. Kiosk goods available. They have some clothing and equipment for the mountain but not much. We bought a rain poncho. WC is in the building. Unisex and HC. Parking for 2 hours possible but do not park here if you are going to Eggen.
